Pates Camera Service offers free estimates. To recieve an estimate, please bring in your camera or download the Estimate Form and send it along with your camera to:

Please insure the package as we are not responsible for damage during shipping. If you decide not to have the equipment repaired after receiving the estimate, there is a return shipping charge, and we will ship it insured.
There is a diagnostic fee for some estimates if major dissasembly of the equipment is required to diagnose the problem. We’ll contact you if this is needed to obtain your approval.
Warranty:
Workmanship & materials are warranted for a peroid of 30 days for minor service work, six months for routine service work, and one year for major service work and the warranty includes return shipping. This repair warranty covers only work performed for the same defect that the camera was originally serviced for. Equipment returned for warranty service must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a detailed description of the problem.
We are not responsible for any losses including film, transportation costs, batteries, memory cards, or lost work under any circumstances.
The warranty is not valid on any items which have been tampered with, impacted, damaged by sand or liquid or abused or misused.
